All DVDs we offer are Region 1 or 0 and will play in all standard North American (United States and Canada) DVD players. (DVDs may also play in players outside North America.)

Any defective DVD will be replaced at our cost. We guarantee that any DVD we offer will play in a standard North American (United States and Canada) DVD player. Defective DVDs must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Again, any defective DVD – that is reported to us within that time - will be replaced at our cost.

* Some of the titles we offer are DVD-R. Manufacturing on demand enables us to offer video content that might not otherwise be available. It is up to each individual customer to check on their particular DVD players, as to whether or not they are compatible with DVD-Rs. We are not responsible if your DVD player is not compatible with our media. Some SONY players may not like DVD-Rs. It is up to you to see if your equipment will play these DVD. Please check first. If you are not sure - please ask first. We do not refund based on your equipment choices.
