Tom (Don Murray) and Eve Harrison (Inger Stevens) appear to be a Happy, suburban married couple, but they're not. Instead, they are pretending to be perfect suburbanites while secretly carrying out tasks for their employers -- a local crime outfit, led by their boss, Anderson (Fritz Weaver). Eventually, though, the couple finds they truly are in love, and decide to give their romance a chance away from the mob. This isn't easy, though, as the frightening Anderson aims to keep control over them at all costs.
*Very few prints of THE BORGIA STICK exist. After an extensive search we found what we believe to be the best surviving elements. We are pleased to make this available here on DVD. The quality is not great – and one should not expect state-of-the-art re-mastered quality - but it is a treasure for those who truly wish to see this fabulous psychological thriller.
